Great for an immediate pick-up or meal replacement to lose a few pounds.
- 8-10 water, rice milk, or cranberry water
- 1 cup fresh fruit, berries are great
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tbsp Flax see oil
- 1 scoop powder greens, i.e. Amazing Grass Green
- Stevia to taste
- Ice cubes optional
Combine all ingredients, blend until smooth. Enjoy!
